Deal for Governor today announces the endorsement of the vast majority of state Senate Republicans. In all, 24 of the body’s 34 Republicans have publicly signed as Deal backers. “Nathan Deal is the principled conservative leader who can work with the Legislature to make the tough decisions that face our state in the coming years,” said President Pro Tem Tommie Williams (R-Lyons).
