There appears to be no winner yet in the Democratic race for Labor Commissioner. The official returns show 99% complete with Darryl Hicks ahead of former Speaker Terry Coleman by about 500 votes. Hicks has 166,456 and Coleman has 165,913. Over a hundred counties show returns that are 99 percent complete.
