The campaign of Karen Handel hs announced that Former Gov. and Republican nominee for vice-president Sarah Palin will attend a Get Out the Vote Rally for Handel on Monday, August 9th, the day before the primary election run-off The rally for Governor Palin and Karen Handel will take place at 12 noon at Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead.. Friends and supprters of Karen who are interested in attending can obtain tickets and sign up to receive more information as it becomes available from the Handel website. The top ranking female member of the Georgia General Assembly is not expected to ask for tickets. Speaker Pro Tem Jan Jones has been stumping the state in support of Congressman Nathan Deal.
