Funeral services will be held on Tuesday for Linda Maddox Densmore, age 73, who died peacefully at her home in Atlanta on her birthday,April 22. Services will take place Tuesday at 11 at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors in Roswell. She was daughter of former Governor and Mrs. Lester Maddox. During his successful campaign for governor in 1966, Linda worked tirelessly with other family members to help her dad win the Democratic nomination and eventually become Governor of Georgia. Her husband, Don, and five children, a sister and two brothers survive.
