Speaker of the House David Ralston gave a greeting of support and friendship for Rep. Terry England Tuesday at his annual golf tournament at Chateau Elan. However, there was no golfing because of the rain, which all agreed was needed in Georgia. Speaker Ralston and England, chairman of the Appropriations Committee joined the supporters for breakfast and provided vouchers for a future game. Speaker Ralston, left and Rep.
